Role Summary

This role involves collaborating with the Program Director to design and implement engaging enrichment activities that cater to the community's needs and interests. These initiatives aim to foster a sense of belonging and accomplishment among participants, and specific certifications are generally not required.

Essential Duties
  1. Develops and leads innovative basketball programs for participants of varying skill levels.
  2. Delivers engaging, high-quality instruction and support to all attendees.
  3. Fosters relationships and motivates participants.
  4. Assists with YMCA events and activities as directed by the Program Director.
  5. Acts as an ambassador for the YMCA by promoting its mission and assisting with fundraising efforts.
  6. Utilizes the ADP Employee Portal regularly for operational tasks.
  7. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Physical:

Compensation: $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
