- Develops and leads innovative basketball programs for participants of varying skill levels.
- Delivers engaging, high-quality instruction and support to all attendees.
- Fosters relationships and motivates participants.
- Assists with YMCA events and activities as directed by the Program Director.
- Acts as an ambassador for the YMCA by promoting its mission and assisting with fundraising efforts.
- Utilizes the ADP Employee Portal regularly for operational tasks.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
