We're looking for a App Growth Manager who is passionate about the idea of expanding our reach even further and pushing the boundaries of our existing marketing tactics. Our aim is to find someone who wants to own the marketing strategy & execution of Rotowire consumer product(s) including app and subscription.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience growing IOS and/or Android apps via multiple marketing channels.
  • Able to plan AND execute marketing campaigns without relying on a full team.
  • An interest in sports, particularly fantasy sports and sports betting.
  • Proactive and creative. Able to generate ideas for new marketing campaigns and get them up and running without waiting for someone to assign them.
  • Focus on data driven / repeatable approaches rather than a "branding" specialist; comfortable measuring and reporting on any campaigns you run.
  • Good understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and have ideas about how to leverage influencers.
  • Experience working with ASO, MMP, social, web, data, analytics and performance tools.
  • Previous demonstrable skill of user acquisition / growth marketing in a B2C company or app startup.
