ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of a seasoned and innovative Head of Strategic Initiatives and Business Growth. This pivotal role is essential for steering the growth trajectory and strategic vision of iTradeNetwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of crafting growth and innovation strategies, negotiating partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. New Venture Development:
    Collaborate with the Product team to assess the feasibility of new product ideas by identifying early adopters. Provide constructive feedback to transition Proof of Concepts (POCs) into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
  2. Partnership Development:
    Identify, negotiate, and forge strategic alliances with channel partners, ERP providers, and implementation partners. Develop diverse partnership frameworks, including joint ventures and reseller agreements.
  3. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence:
    Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential partners and assess their alignment with iTradeNetwork's strategic goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to refine business development strategies.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Engage closely with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives. Align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and market entry plans.
  5. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    Lead negotiations with prospective partners to secure advantageous terms. Draft and manage partnership agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing growth strategies and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of software ecosystems and pricing structures, with familiarity in ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, utilizing a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Proven leadership and collaborative skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
