As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in propelling our expansion by identifying and cultivating new business prospects. You will work in close collaboration with the Sales team to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and support our strategic sales objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic outreach plan to identify and qualify new business opportunities across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, retail, and technology.
  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential leads and key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
  • Employ diverse prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate interest and secure meetings for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Commercial team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and assist throughout the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data on prospects and leads, ensuring the integrity of information.
  • Willingness to participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand our reach in the market.

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or lead generation, ideally within the cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities, demonstrating a proven track record in identifying and qualifying leads effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing and tracking lead generation activities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with prospective clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in AI and/or startup environments.
