Position Summary

The Talent Development Manager will spearhead and execute talent initiatives, programs, and technological solutions that are in line with SPI LLC's strategic growth goals. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Lead and supervise the recruitment team to attract, select, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Formulate and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill the organization's changing requirements.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, equitable, and adheres to best practices.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of performance evaluation systems to foster accountability and achieve results.

  • Collaborate with employees and managers to develop personalized career and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and resources to facilitate employees' career advancement.

Competency Framework:

  • Establish and maintain a competency framework that aligns with organizational objectives and guides talent development efforts.

Organizational Structuring:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multi-site workforce environment is essential; experience in the distribution or construction sector is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

Hybrid role with both office and remote work options.

Physical Demands:

Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Travel Requirements:

Light to moderate travel may be necessary.
