Due to investment in the business and strong US presence, our East Coast Division based in New York City is looking to bring in a Senior Experienced Leader to join our Senior Management Team (SMT) and oversee on of our core US divisions - Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Technology.
The Role:
As our US business grows, we are looking for senior leaders to scale our market presence and develop enterprise client partnerships. You will be an integral part of our growth journey by taking on a business strategy leadership role while getting your hands dirty in the active efforts of client acquisition and recruitment team management.
We are looking for an experienced leader who has proven success expanding market presence across either Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Cybersecurity, and the desire to continue in a Billing Manager role with a focus on high level client strategy and growth.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience within the Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Technology recruiting space ideally but not limited to the regulated markets
- Experience managing high performing teams and leaders with an emphasis on performance improvement and growth
- Years working in a 360/full-desk recruitment model business (both sales/account management & recruiting)
- Proven track record in developing your own business and billings within a niche (candidate short) vertical discipline
- Market intelligence and business strategy expertise to manage relationships with global enterprise accounts and future new market developments
- Positive attitude and presence that inspires others to perform at their highest level
A snapshot of the role:
- Targeting new clients ranging from start up organizations to future enterprise businesses while acting as an account management advisor to your team's existing clients and newly acquired clients
- Strategizing and executing on market growth plans across all of our core markets with emphasis on cross selling product offerings and services
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of specialized 360/full desk recruiters and managers, being a recruiting business partner, and subject matter expert
- Allocate your sales and recruiting team to current open positions, proactive searches and set sales/recruiting KPI’s
