Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. Based primarily in South Glens Falls, NY, this position offers substantial flexibility, with over 75% of the workload being remote. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle a diverse array of tasks, including administrative support to our executive team, managing communications, and performing clerical duties. This role requires occasional on-site presence and running errands, providing a balanced mix of in-person and remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
  • Manage communication via phone and email, ensuring professionalism and strong etiquette.
  • Handle organizational tasks, maintaining efficient office operations.
  • Support social media initiatives and digital presence enhancements.
  • Conduct occasional errands and on-site duties to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a keen understanding of executive assistance.
  • Strong capability in phone communications and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in office software, equipment, and clerical procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in information handling.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administrative services is a plus.

Desirable Skills

  • Background in e-commerce or the home automation industry.
  • Familiarity with smart home technologies and products.
  • Customer service experience and additional language skills are advantageous.
