Lockhart|Suver is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Office Manager to fulfill an integral role in our office. This role will work closely with management and employees, supporting administrative operations. The Office Manager will also collaborate with the administrative team to ensure the accuracy, preparation, and submission of our billing system.


Lockhart|Suver was founded in 2004 and has earned a reputation as one of the elite custom home builders in the Pacific Northwest. Our company culture emphasizes communication and collaboration with the project team and with our Clients. We're a dynamic and resourceful company with an amazing team that can build anything our clients desire and their architects envision. 


Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Benefits administration and employee file management
  • Maintain project and billing records in online database
  • Coordination with IT team to identify and resolve issues as needed
  • Work in collaboration with staff accountant and admin assistant
  • Manage and track company resources 
  • Answer the main office phone line, receive visitors, maintain and manage the meeting room, and procure food for meetings
  • Coordination for company events


A successful Lockhart|Suver Office Manager will:

  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, project manager’s, and subcontractors
  • Display service excellence, and exercise discretion with complex and confidential issues
  • Be comfortable working in a close-knit team environment where the company Principals are actively involved 
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Have excellent computer skills (proficient in MS365, Google Suite, data entry)
  • Display intellectual curiosity and the desire to innovate the company’s systems to improve the quality and reliability of our work, and increase the efficiency of our administrative processes


Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of related or equivalent experience


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Background in the construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in other computer programs such as Smartsheet and Adobe Photoshop


This is an ON-SITE position. Must be comfortable commuting and working at our Seattle office.
