Director of HR:

We have grown exponentially over the last couple of years and need a dynamic Director of HR to plan, lead, and develop the people related initiatives to support the company's success.


This is a full-time salaried position with our fast-growing company. We have cultivated a professional, but friendly atmosphere where respect and communication are highly valued.


What You Will Do:

  • Recruiting and Hiring Management
  • Manage biweekly payroll

Qualities and Skills You Will Need:

  • Proven past success leading HR initiatives in a company similar in size (100+ employees)
  • Ability to benchmark key HR analytics and strategize initiatives to improve
  • Ability to manage employee career paths
  • Experience processing biweekly payroll and 401k contributions
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting including onboarding and orientation
  • Ability to manage employee training and development
  • Ability to coordinate quarterly and annual performance check-ins
