Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at KSL Resorts. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Provide guidance and support to management and team members on employee relations, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Manage learning and development initiatives to achieve training, skills, and knowledge goals
  • Facilitate training workshops and new hire orientation
  • Resolve sensitive and confidential issues and concerns raised by employees
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding and TBO recruiting
  • Develop and implement plans to support the achievement of overall business operations objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of HR hotel management experience
  • Proven experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, workers comp, leave administration, and employee engagement
  • Sense of urgency to meet the demands of current fast-paced recruiting initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest/employee information and pertinent hotel data
