Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on ad-buying, invoice processing, and related tasks.
  • Proven experience managing operations in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with operational software and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
  • Project management certification (PMP or similar).
