Responsibilities:
* Ensure Safety policies are followed and champion a safety-first culture.
* Effectively manage on-time performance and driver availability.
* Manage all dispatch functions to ensure seamless operations.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through direct contact and outreach programs.
* Identify, select, train, and mentor location staff.
* Communicate effectively with location staff and support team members.
* Assist in overseeing safety and training programs, plans, and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to maintaining a safety culture within the division.
* Maintain client contact to meet or exceed expectations.
* Assist with conducting periodic departmental audits.
* Review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly, and report on such to the Region and Corporate Leadership, as well as the client.
* Implement, promote, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Participate in location labor and employee relations activities.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of management experience in a similar sized Fixed Route environment.
* Experience in scheduling and personnel management and training.
* Strong written and verbal skills.
* Knowledge of contractual obligations and company policies.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Starting Pay Range: $97,000 - $104,000
