Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Bama Sea Products, Inc. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will also be able to speak with customer and vendors and assist in managing key business relationships.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Microsoft Excel experience including formulas, pivot tables, look-up tables and dashboard assembly
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience working in a similar role
