Summary:

Responsible for the administrative support functions which assist Vice Presidents and above in fulfillment of various duties. Independently functions to complete high-end and complex duties in a well-organized and timely manner. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Requires knowledge of John Hopkins and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in related field
  • Requires up to 3 years of experience or equivalent
  • Project coordination and database management experience
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures with knowledge of MS office
  • Proficient in English language (read, write, speak)
  • Travel logistics
