Executive Office Coordinator

At Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments for our Sales Team Executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports for our Sales Team Executives.
- Prepare and circulate meeting materials, including agendas, reports, and slide decks.
- Develop proficiency in our internal CRM (Salesforce) and champion its adoption across the Sales Team.
- Provide event support for local client and Dynasty events, including printing, shipping, and set up.
- Relevant experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, with Salesforce experience a plus.
- Professionalism, diplomacy, and ability to work with various stakeholders and styles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Internally driven, ethical self-starter with good judgment and comfort working in uncertainty.
- Curiosity and desire to grow in the financial services industry.
- Confidentiality and discretion a must.
