We are dedicated to providing top-quality products with exceptional customer service. Most of the brands we have launched have become #1 in their respective categories. We are now about to launch Replenza, a revolutionary supplement designed to support GLP-1 users on their weight loss journey. Our focus is on providing high-quality, effective products through both direct-to-consumer channels and retail distribution. We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Business Development with experience in the health and wellness products category to lead the growth and management of Replenza.


Position Overview:

The Vice President of Business Development will oversee and drive the operational strategy and execution for Replenza. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the health & wellness industry and experience leading small to medium-sized businesses through rapid growth. You will manage all aspects of business operations, from product development and supply chain management to retail distribution. This role requires a hands-on, business-savvy leader capable of optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring seamless execution across all business functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Replenza and other supplements, ensuring strong collaboration within all departments.
  • Oversee supply chain management, product sourcing, production, and inventory control to ensure product quality and optimal inventory levels.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive operational efficiencies and meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to drive decision-making and improve operational performance.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years with proven experience in operations management within the supplements industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, and retail operations, particularly within DTC product lines.
  • Experience running operations for a small to medium-sized business, with a track record of scaling businesses.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Some understanding of regulatory requirements within the supplements industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with both retail and DTC distribution models.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills with ability to evaluate organizations and its talent.
