Business Development Representative

At Grote Automotive, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the car buying process.
  • Engage with potential customers to establish connections and address their questions and concerns.
  • Coordinate with leads and link interested buyers with a vehicle specialist for personalized assistance.
Requirements:
  • US Work Authorization
  • 18 years or older
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
