Job Description:

As a Client Account Manager, you will develop and implement strategic program initiatives, provide valuable insights to recruiting and internal teams, and achieve measurable improvements in performance, revenue, and headcount. Acting as a key representative of our brand, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, identify and seize growth opportunities, and foster business development through strategic partnerships. Your focus will be on consistently evaluating key performance metrics and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ‘face’ of Tailored Management for program contacts and stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with external stakeholders and seeking continuous learning opportunities.
  • Connect creatively with MSP and procurement partners to turn conversations into selling opportunities while delivering best-in-class service.
  • Develop specific, time-bound strategies in partnership with recruiting leadership.
  • Collaborate with MSP partners and hiring managers to analyze historical data, predict hiring needs, and set performance goals.
  • Work with Operations Managers, Recruiting leaders and other internal collaborators to solve root cause problems and implement data-driven solutions to improve account performance metrics.
  • Partner with the Business Reporting & Analytics team to gather and analyze client performance data and development improvement solutions.
  • Lead client scorecard reviews, communicate outcomes, and implement improvement strategies.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional services, supporting and implementing client programs, service compliance, processes, and solutions.


Working Environment:

  • This role operates onsite at our Columbus, OH office.
  • Occasional travel to program sites, events, and summits as required.
