Job Content:

we are seeking an Account Manager to join as a valued member of account management team. The candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization such as Sales/PM, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Business Management and will be responsible for promoting products including heatsink, vapor chamber, metal injections molding (MIM) parts, Fan in the consumer electronic devices, 5G, EV, and enterprise industries. This person acts as the first line of response to the customer and is accountable for customer relationship management, problem resolution, escalation handling among the management team and the customers.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales plans for the overall market and strategic business plans for the respective targeted accounts. Understand market and technology trends for our products.

2. The ideal candidate will clearly understand customer needs, guide them to the right solution, and foster a positive, long-term partnership

3. This position is responsible for finding new customers, maintaining relationships, and guiding customers to technical solutions that help them create value with additive manufacturing.

4. Build effective relationships and collaborate with peers, managers, and senior leadership across all organizations.

5. Promote and support our products to the defined customer segment. Meet or exceed established FY sales plan.

6. Provide specific guidance and direction to our product groups on new products and technologies needed for said market. Lead regular technical discussion with customers in product design and manage engineering program development in a world-class manufacturing environment.

7. Work collaboratively with Engineering/PM/Sales Team, Product Developers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Production Quality Engineers for our products.

8. Work with PM to establish pricing strategy and present FAI/CPK data, PPAP report to customers and coordinate new part approval

9. Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making .


Qualifications:

1. Education: M.S. in Engineering (ME is preferred)

2. Plastic tooling design knowledge, Metal Injection Molding experience is a plus

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and business sense required. Be able to clearly articulate thoughts, strategies, and develop logical action plans

4. Excellent customer-facing interpersonal skills

5. Individual must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm when facing of uncertainty

6. An understanding of high-volume manufacturing processes, operations management, and supply chain management

7. Automotive industry experience a plus

8. Detailed knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes

9. Ability to travel locally and internationally up to 30% of the time

Other Requirements:

1. Familiar with Window and CAD software, experience and knowledge in CFD software (thermal and aerodynamics) is a plus

2. Language: English, Mandarin speaking is a plus

3. Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, team player
