Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Goertek Electronics in Santa Clara. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to meet or exceed sales goals and develop business strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage RFQs and cost breakdown analysis to ensure accurate pricing and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
  • Base pay range: $111,429.00 to $156,000.00 annually.
