Role Summary:
As an Accounting Supervisor at Foxconn Corporation, you will oversee comprehensive accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve guiding and training team members while managing various financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of accounting, including billing, financial reporting, general ledger management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and inventory accounting.
  • Maintain oversight of cash flow and funding levels.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to headquarters.
  • Manage the development and monitoring of quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to management regarding pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and significant expenditures.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to federal regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with project managers to discuss sales, accounts receivable, and inventory status.
  • Conduct annual and semi-annual physical inventory reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Identify potential financial issues and propose corrective measures.
  • Engage in all aspects of management accounting, including special analyses as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional supervisory and analytical capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable is required.
