The Role


We seek a dynamic and results-oriented VP Sales to spearhead our growth in the North American market. This pivotal role will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and solidifying our position as a market leader. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships.

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in the home improvement industry. You possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and a passion for building and growing businesses. Your ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams is exceptional. A strong entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with a collaborative mindset, is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development.
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the home improvement sector, including retailers, contractors, and specifiers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive sales initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
