Position Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the co-founder, you will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and services teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead branding and rebranding efforts for our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute lead-generation strategies and programs.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM for marketing and sales functions.
  • Research, write, and edit content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, tone, and quality.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the enterprise software space.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Solid experience in branding and rebranding products.
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels and functions within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • High level of creativity and a proactive attitude.
