Role Overview:
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, global markets, and various partners to drive the growth of our clients Unlimited through Acquisition and Engagement initiatives. You will define and develop campaign strategies across the customer journey, working closely with cross-category partners and internal business stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans for new programs. You will manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets, and collaborate with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed global promotional campaigns, including setting campaign goals, identifying distribution channels, scheduling, and defining KPIs.
Oversee the concept and creative development of marketing materials to produce compelling and effective content.
Collaborate with local teams to establish processes and mechanisms that scale global promotions effectively.
Ensure the brand and voice are maintained while highlighting the unique value proposition of campaign partners.
Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness metrics and overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
Drive testing of offers, creative, and messaging; document results and share best practices for global implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of professional marketing experience, including digital marketing, customer acquisition, content marketing, and campaign management.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and metrics to measure impact and drive improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
2+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
Experience driving marketing programs across multiple global markets.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
Experience with mobile consumer technology products or services.
Background in consumer products, media, and/or e-commerce.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a natural curiosity to test, learn, and iterate for optimal results.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.

 
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
