Job Description:

  • In this role, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams, global markets and others to drive growth of Unlimited across Acquisition and Engagement initiatives. In this role, you will define new initiatives with partners and global stakeholders to develop campaign strategy across the customer journey. You will work closely with cross-category partners as well as other internal business stakeholders to drive go-to-market plan for new programs, manage campaign workflow, develop creative assets and work with Brand and Engagement teams to ensure success.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead go-to-market initiatives for global Music promotions during key event periods.
  • Own and manage relationships with key partners in the Music and Retail ecosystem.
  • Launch key promotional campaigns, ensuring promotion is launched successfully, gather key learnings from performance and optimize.
  • Data reporting collection for dissemination across the larger team that outlines global performance of ongoing promotions.
  • Work cross functionally with partners on ongoing projects and go-to-market initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and/or channel marketing.
  • 2+ years of partner marketing and/or business development experience.
  • Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.


Top 3 must have skills:

  • Excel
  • GTM Docs
  • Stakeholder Management / Launching large initiatives


Preferred qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with subscription-based consumer products.
  • Mobile experience for consumer technology product or service.
  • Experience with consumer products, media and/or e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
  • Excellent project management skills, managing internal and external stakeholders, and multiple campaigns at once.
  • MBA/advanced degree preferred.
