This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing the joint marketing strategy with a cohort of partners at the global level. In this role, the successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders from marketing, PR and business development teams and will align with partners to build a unified plan across functions that will deliver our joint business objectives for the region.
Successful candidates must have prior marketing and business development experience working at a top technology vendor or systems integrator, and will use this understanding to build and execute targeted and integrated marketing campaigns focused on marketing "to", "through" and "with" partners.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
• Define and execute our global joint marketing strategy for multiple partners in alignment with the AWS marketing strategy
• Manage and administer the associated budgets and relevant contracts for campaigns, vendors and sponsorships.
• Responsible for being the voice of your partners into AWS, driving alignment on goals, strategy, resourcing, roles and responsibilities, reporting and measurement.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for your partner, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions
• Work directly with the partner to build and execute joint-marketing plans, utilizing campaigns and events to drive pipeline with new and existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services across the enterprise segment.
• Drive interlock and alignment with Geo Marketing teams to ensure the Joint Marketing strategy with partners aligns and amplifies the AWS marketing priorities globally
• Drive Interlock and Integration of your partners into Global Enterprise Marketing Programs through scalable, repeatable program frameworks

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
