Job Title: End User Support Specialist / Desk Side Support


Work Location: Battle Creek,MI




Job Description


Onsite Team / Desk Side Support

• Hands on experience in Remote Support EUC.

• Handle workplace related incident escalation from service desk.

• Investigate on incident, problem record when assigned.

• Perform remote break fix devices.

• Perform mobile device management using Intune & Addigy

• Troubleshoot mobile device issues with registration, certificate etc.

• Deployment on patches/upgrades

• Analyze and diagnose and resolve advance email issue, including email delivery failures, email routing problems, email client compatibility issues and performance degradation.

• Proficiency M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams support, maintenance, and administration.

• L1/L2 Support to end user for MS Window OS, MS Office.

• Maintain / install end user software and hardware.

• Window OS with experience of remote EUC support & Maintenance.

• Experience with ITSM tool.

• Laptop/Desktop Build/ Image Management

Must have good experience with 2-3 areas mentioned below.

1. MDM, Intune

2. M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams/Zoom

3. Azure VD, FSLogix

4. N-Able N-Central

5. V-Protect Rubrik

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and work independently.

• Able to communicate effectively with both business partners and IT professionals.

• Able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally at varying levels in the organization.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience
