Position Overview:
Deskside Support
Location: Hybrid Role
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on expertise in Remote Support for End User Computing (EUC).
- Manage and escalate workplace-related incidents from the service desk.
- Conduct investigations on assigned incident and problem records.
- Execute remote break-fix procedures for devices.
- Oversee mobile device management utilizing Intune and Addigy.
- Troubleshoot mobile device registration issues, certificate problems, and more.
- Implement deployment of patches and upgrades.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve advanced email issues, including delivery failures and compatibility challenges.
- Demonstrate proficiency in M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams support, maintenance, and administration.
- Provide L1/L2 support for end users on Windows OS and MS Office applications.
- Install and maintain end-user software and hardware.
- Manage Windows OS with experience in remote EUC support and maintenance.
- Utilize ITSM tools effectively.
- Oversee Laptop/Desktop Build/Image Management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 2-3 of the following areas:
- Mobile Device Management (MDM), Intune
- M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams/Zoom
- Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix
- N-Able N-Central
- V-Protect Rubrik
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and work independently.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both business partners and IT professionals.
- Capability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in the field.
