Position Overview:

Deskside Support

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on remote support for End User Computing (EUC).
  • Manage workplace-related incident escalations from the service desk.
  • Investigate incidents and problem records as assigned.
  • Execute remote troubleshooting and repair of devices.
  • Oversee mobile device management utilizing Intune and Addigy.
  • Resolve mobile device issues related to registration and certificates.
  • Implement patches and upgrades as necessary.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and rectify advanced email issues, including delivery failures and routing problems.
  • Support and maintain M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
  • Provide L1/L2 support for end users on Windows OS and MS Office applications.
  • Install and maintain end-user software and hardware.
  • Manage Windows OS with experience in remote EUC support and maintenance.
  • Utilize ITSM tools effectively.
  • Handle laptop/desktop build and image management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in 2-3 of the following areas:
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM), Intune
  • M365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams/Zoom
  • Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix
  • N-Able N-Central
  • V-Protect Rubrik
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business partners and IT professionals.
  • Ability to collaborate across various levels within the organization.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Compensation: The salary range for this position varies based on location and job level, taking into account skills, experience, and education. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
