Astronautics Corporation, a global leader in avionics equipment and systems, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our Oak Creek, WI team.

This hands-on internship is designed to provide real-world experience and technical skills in a dynamic and innovative environment. As an IT Support Intern, you will work closely with our IT staff to assist with technical issues, end-user support, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with help desk calls, scheduling, and ticket management.
  • Provide basic end-user support to prevent customer service delays for technical issues.
  • Inventory technology equipment and software under the guidance of IT staff.
  • Set up video conferencing sessions and other items as needed to assist IT staff.
  • Document software and technical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with sophomore, junior, or senior standing.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Windows OS.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
  • Able to work full-time onsite during the summer of 2025.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
