We are a fast-paced advertising agency looking for a Senior Account Executive who is passionate, motivated, a problem solver, and organized with an ironclad attention to detail. As a Senior Account Executive, your main responsibilities include: serving as primary contact for your assigned clients, being an active participant in brainstorms and internal meetings, developing and maintaining a complete understanding of your client brands, categories and competitors, and proactively offering valuable insights and innovative, creative ideas and solutions to our client’s business challenges. Additionally, you will start to build deeper client relationships and provide strategic thinking and support for your projects.

  • Serve as day-to-day point person on assigned accounts, available to respond diligently to client questions and concerns.
  • Provide strategic support to accounts, while shifting thinking from projects and tasks to include big-picture thoughts that will help clients reach their goals.
  • Further solidify client relationships.
  • Continue to organize and participate in client meetings and status calls.
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of brand, category, and competitors and begin to use this information to proactively seek out opportunities for your clients.
  • Maintain ability to educate clients about our methodology and process; create case studies of successful projects upon completion.
  • Manage daily job finances, including producing estimates and generating invoicing.
  • Produce and maintain accurate project schedules, and resource appropriate personnel.
  • Work with senior account and finance team members to establish forecasts and ensure that financial goals are met/exceeded.
  • Produce clear, concise project briefs.
  • Master understanding of components of marketing and advertising strategies and apply them in making decisions.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with many different personalities.
  • Actively participate in brainstorms/internal meetings and client meetings, and proactively provide suggestions to clients when appropriate.
  • Develop and send weekly client status reports.
  • Continuously seek expansion of services within existing clients.




Additional Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-6 years Marketing or Advertising agency experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience using Agency Software systems (e.g. Deltek Workbook).
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Skilled at multitasking.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote required; Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) desired.
  • Client-serving team player with “can-do” attitude.
