We are currently the official partnered influencer marketing agency with major platforms like TEMU, SHEIN, and TikTok. We are also actively partnering with viral brands such as Halara, Flower Knows, Fabrique, Upnourish, and others. We also manage and sign influencers ranging from micro to mega.

We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: (Meeting either the below first or the second requirement is MANDATORY)

  1. Educational Qualifications: Major or minor in Public Relations, Social Media Management, Film & Art , or Marketing (affiliated with a School of Communication rather than a Business School).
  2. Professional Experience: Previous work experience (including internships) in Influencer Collaboration, Social Media Management, Social Media Content Production, E-commerce Operations, Public Relations, or Branding.
  3. Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.
  4. Show a willingness to thrive in a startup environment by actively contributing to a dynamic and collaborative workspace. We value team players who are eager to learn, versatile in their roles, and dedicated to contributing to the overall success of the company.


Additional Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Ability to use tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and other related software is a plus.


Responsibilities:

As an Influencer Relations Coordinator in our startup, you will be pivotal as a future key member of our company. This role demands meticulous attention to the details of all campaigns and requires a high level of managerial oversight.


You will be directly reporting to the CEO and the client's side, managing all aspects of influencer campaigns.


The ideal candidate must excel in communication, adeptly handle diverse relationships, and effectively resolve conflicts while managing expectations across multiple stakeholders. Your commitment to maintaining long-term partnerships, sensitivity to the needs and goals of both influencers and clients, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are crucial. Additionally, patience, helpfulness, integrity, and a willingness to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment are essential qualities for success in this position.


Detailed Responsibilities:

Influencer Campaign Communication:

  • Communicate with influencers, conduct campaign briefs, ensure clarity in all communications, and always meet timelines and client expectations.
  • Exhibit a lively, outgoing yet professional personality that fosters long-term partnerships with influencers.


Client Communication:

  • Deeply understand both the client's and the influencer's goals and expectations and act as a mediator between both parties.
  • Possess the ability to deliver "bad news" effectively and manage daily client communications based on a comprehensive understanding of campaign goals and key metrics.


Influencer Management:

  • Manage signed influencers by arranging daily post schedules and confirming campaign details.
  • Stay abreast of social media strategies, hot topics, and trends.
  • Daily management of Excel forms and data, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and consistently updated.


Contract Negotiations:

  • Negotiate rates with influencers and conduct influencer agreements in mutually agreed ways.


Campaign Materials and Decks:

  • Use Canva to design company decks and develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that support overall marketing objectives and client goals.


Social Media Operations:

  • Manage company-owned social media platforms, conduct posts, and stay updated with the latest news in the social media and influencer industry, including new platforms or brands.


Onsite Support:

  • Provide onsite support for events and productions. Prepare contingency plans /Plan B, anticipate unforeseen events, and resolve issues as they arise.


Working location: Hybrid, both online and onsite in DTLA office.
