Future Publishing is in search of a dedicated, detail-oriented, and innovative Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing influencer marketing strategies across our diverse brand portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with key influencers across various sectors.
  • Coordinating content creation and distribution efforts with influencers to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager and other marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify suitable influencers that resonate with our target demographic.
  • Negotiating terms and rates with influencers while managing the complete lifecycle of campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for influencer marketing, coupled with exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Experience in managing influencer campaigns, conducting data analysis, and keeping abreast of industry trends will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of sponsored content initiatives involving influencers across Future's publications, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Create and maintain influencer lists across various niches and sectors.
  • Support the execution of talent contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branded Content team to develop tailored creative briefs that align with both influencer characteristics and brand KPIs.
  • Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure campaign adherence and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with various Marketing teams for content approvals and provide regular updates on campaign status.
  • Assist in analyzing performance metrics during campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
  • Compile comprehensive campaign wrap reports using CreatorIQ.
  • Share insights and best practices across teams to maximize campaign success.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with influencers and their representatives.
  • Support the curation and briefing of talent options for user-generated content.
  • Assist in formulating influencer strategies in response to requests for proposals and proactive opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming, entertainment, and technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to devise innovative influencer marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns, including influencer identification, rate negotiation, and content coordination.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
