Key Responsibilities

As the Influencer Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our influencer marketing strategy across the US.

Collaborating closely with the broader influencer marketing team, you will be responsible for developing influential relationships and managing external agencies to elevate brand visibility.

Your leadership will guide a team of executives, ensuring the effective execution of our marketing initiatives.


What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing the expansion of the US influencer marketing strategy from our main office.


- Partnering with senior marketing leaders to cultivate key influencer and VIP relationships while managing agency collaborations.


- Acting as the primary contact for the influencer team across various locations.


- Ensuring alignment of US influencer marketing plans with our global strategy.


- Managing all influencer outreach efforts within the US, adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining accurate financial records.


- Developing a VIP strategy to secure brand ambassador partnerships and expanding our network of agents.


- Planning and executing events to enhance brand engagement and visibility.


- Overseeing budget allocations for influencer samples and managing the Student Ambassador program.


- Collaborating with the social media team to devise strategies that support product launches.


- Assisting the creative team in coordinating talent campaigns, including photoshoots and promotional videos.


- Providing regular insights to senior management regarding market trends and performance metrics.


- Reporting on key performance indicators related to influencer and event expenditures.


- Leading and mentoring a team of executives, ensuring clarity in responsibilities and deadlines.


- Communicating weekly progress to senior management and ensuring follow-through on initiatives.
