Influencer Manager


Under the direction of the Social Media Director, this position will play a huge part in effective campaign direction of the Influencer Marketing, primarily focused on earned and organic gifting, as well as affiliate and supporting paid partnerships.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The Influencer Manager will be responsible for earned gifting, affiliate and paid influencer programs.
  • The role will work closely with internal team such as Creative, Ecommerce, Warehouse teams, etc.
  • Manage our ongoing Influencer and Affiliate gifting lists
  • Partner with creative team to get sign-off on content and pivot when necessary
  • Assist in influencer outreach & communications - from discovery to initial pitch to support requests – in order to seed new relationships and foster long-term collaborations across platforms
  • Find and pitch new Influencers to work with, staying ahead of internal deadlines while finding a breadth of new talent for us to work with
  • Coordinate influencer gifting process including gifting menu creation, product and sizing selection, order placements, and liaising with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery, in collaboration with our Social Media Coordinator
  • Monitor participating influencer's accounts to ensure follow-through in accordance with contract, source/tag UGC, and track influencer performance across identified KPIs
  • Monitor the impact and report on the outcomes of gifting and paid efforts
  • Assist the Social Media team in tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree, in Social Media, Communications or Marketing a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media experience -fashion industry preferred
  • Must have experience in researching and identifying influencers in fashion; negotiations in brand partnerships a plus
  • A pro at looking for the right partners that align with our brand's values, target audience, and niche
  • Knowledge of placing P.O.s accurately and packaging gifted items with attention to detail and a personal touch
  • Knowledge of backend for LTK, ShopMy or other affiliate programs preferred
