Job Description:

  • The Training Coordinator will serve as a contact within the Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) Learning Solutions for clients and subject areas and will be responsible for the training administration/coordination of the Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • The duties and responsibilities of this role fall into three major categories: Client/Relationship Management, Project/Program Management and LMS administration.
  • Initiate and establish regular meeting times with department managers of assigned client(s). These meetings could also include attending department staff meetings.
  • Conduct training diagnostics and needs assessments (in the Technical training for GMP compliance and in the Organizational Development space to support our leaders) in partnership with customers and peer groups.
  • Identify, develop, and implement curriculum strategies, solutions, and services that are aligned with business objectives and Corporate and GMP compliance; evaluate costs and options and make recommendations for training solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and leaders across the learning network as appropriate to ensure resources and best practices are leveraged.
  • HS, AS, or BS graduate with 3+ years of experience with a background in customer service/administrative work and supporting or direct hands-on with training.

Technical Information:

  • Pay: $25-35 hourly, depending on experience level
  • Onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm
  • 12-month contract with potential for extension/conversion
