Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the on-boarding and training of new employees
  • Guide employees through LMS training on Cornerstone system
  • Facilitate Performance Management and Performance Appraisal
  • Communicate with management on safety needs and team development
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Assist management with the implementing and enforcing company culture, values and policies
  • Initiate programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Facilitate and create training programs where necessary or lacking
  • Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a healthy work environment, with an emphasis on documentation
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, training and development, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, mobile apps, apple and pc computers

Formal Education:

  • BS or BA in Human resource Management or business preferred
  • Minimum High School Diploma
Pay:

  • Between $22 and $25/hour dependent on prior experience and ability to learn and grow quickly
