Position: Training Coordinator

Compensation: $ /hour (commensurate with experience)

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

Hours: 40 hours/week // 5 x 8-Hour Days

Contract Duration: 12 months

Role Overview:

The Training Coordinator will be instrumental in facilitating Hillsboro Individualized Therapies (HIT) Learning Solutions. This position will serve as the primary liaison for clients and subject matter areas, tasked with the administration and coordination of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, project oversight, and LMS administration, ensuring that training initiatives are effectively aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their business requirements and how training can enhance their success.
  • Establish and sustain regular communication with department leaders of assigned clients, including participation in departmental meetings.
  • Conduct training assessments and needs evaluations in technical training for GMP compliance and organizational growth to support leadership development.
  • Design and execute curriculum strategies that align with business goals and GMP compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated organizations, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Facilitate discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Sponsors.

Project Management:

  • Oversee client curriculum from initial assessment through to evaluation.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs and track their ongoing impact.
  • Work in collaboration with Learning Experts, Instructional Designers, and leaders across the learning network to utilize resources and best practices.

LMS Administration:

  • Conduct data entry tasks within LMS/Cornerstone.
  • Ensure compliance with Cornerstone in partnership with network teams.
  • Assist in managing curriculum and qualification processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training, learning, and development capacity.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to quickly build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and capable of balancing technical training with soft-skill development to meet organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective needs assessments and propose cost-efficient, timely training solutions.
  • Strong customer service skills and proven effectiveness in a business partnership role.
