Our facility offers a secure, indoor space designed for dogs and puppies to engage in socialization and training alongside their families. Utilizing positive reinforcement techniques, we foster stronger communication bonds between pets and their owners through a variety of classes, including obedience, agility, and enrichment. We are also committed to supporting local animal rescues through donations and community events.
Position Summary
We are looking for dedicated dog lovers to fill the role of Front Desk Associate/Dog Trainer. This position involves assisting clients with class scheduling, recommending products for training and enrichment, supervising puppy play sessions, and conducting group classes and private lessons. While prior dog training experience is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone inquiries
- Responding to customer emails and questions
- Coordinating class schedules and lessons
- Instructing Puppy, Obedience, and Agility classes
- Performing light cleaning duties in the training area
- Managing inventory and receiving new product shipments
- Creating dog-friendly treats
Job Requirements:
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts
- Reliable transportation
- A genuine interest in working with dogs and learning about training techniques
