As our new Client Relationship Manager for the Private Wealth Team, you will become a part of Investor Relations & Business Development team. This team is responsible for all investor facing activities and business development from product and fund design, fundraising, onboarding and service of investors. The team is an international, diverse and consists of around 50 professionals from different backgrounds, including investment banking, management consulting, and law firms, based in 6 offices across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.

Role

As our new Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising activities (e.g. investor meetings, roadshows, events, conferences, etc.) in close collaboration with the Distribution Team. After successful fundraising, you will oversee onboarding of the investors and ensuring high client service as the central point of contact for all existing investors or their advisors throughout their commitment to funds.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Project manage onboarding of banks to distribute products
  • Be the investor/distributor point-of-contact for all investor inquiries
  • Manage the onboarding of investors committing to funds (either directly or through 3rd party distributors)
  • Plan and prepare investor meetings, roadshows and investor events including participation in conferences
  • Responsible for ensuring high data quality in CRM system to provide informative metrics / actions to the Distribution Team
  • Drive analysis of markets globally as input to Investor Relations strategies across regions.

Requirements

We are therefore looking for a self-driven and collaborative individual holding a relevant degree within Economics, Finance, Business, or other related fields and a significant full-time experience from a client service role - preferably within a financial institution for the institutional or private wealth segment.

  • Structured, thorough and with a high attention to detail
  • Solid project management with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment across a wide range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities
  • Client skills - demonstrated experience of managing client relationships directly with good client-facing communication and written abilities
  • Ability to operate operational processes and projects continuously and independently
  • Savvy with systems (e.g. CRM) to ensure high data quality and actionable information
  • Resilient, service minded and positive can-do attitude with a great desire to work in a growing international organization
  • Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team player who is proactive and resourceful
  • Substantial experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
