We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the sales team.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and cold calling.
  • Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce Prevounce's solutions and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess potential clients' needs and pain points to determine the fit for Prevounce's services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparation for meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and support lead generation efforts.


Position Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Experience in healthcare technology or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Strong computer competency.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing startup environment.


Preferred:

  • Domain knowledge in medical SaaS, remote patient monitoring or telehealth.
  • Experience utilizing Hubspot or other CRM software.
