Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LTC Language Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients and ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage client relationships, including sales cycles, sales to operations handoff, case/issue management, and new need management
- Bachelor's degree required; business majors preferred
- 2-5 years' sales and business development experience required; international background a plus
- Proven experience and success in hunting for new business opportunities
- Extensive networking and business development skills; passionate, self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
- Track record of consistently meeting sales quota; confidence and experience communicating and interfacing with all client levels
