Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical support and assistance with hardware, systems, and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or live chat.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve problems with remote employees on a corporate network.
- Develop and sustain productive customer relationships, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a US Government Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one prior to hire.
- Previous computer technical support experience preferred.
- Current CompTIA A+ CE, Network+ CE, or Security+ CE certification required.
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, IP addresses, VPN software, and remote user support.
- Understanding of Active Directory and password reset procedures.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and resolving email issues, specifically MS Outlook.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work all shifts, including 24/7/365 operations.
