Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing mental health and substance use challenges. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve at RHA Health Services, LLC.

Employment Type:
Regular, Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
As a Community Support Specialist, you will:
  • Facilitate communication and help individuals articulate their needs and preferences.
  • Implement personalized support plans to achieve individual goals and desired outcomes.
  • Understand and respect the personal histories, social networks, and aspirations of the individuals supported.
  • Assist with health and safety protocols and contribute to community engagement.
  • Provide support to team members and supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Assist with medical requests and maintain accurate data collection and reporting.

Compensation:
$13.50 per hour, with incentive pay included.

Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts available, covering all days of the week, including:
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
  • 8 and 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent literacy assessment scores.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and mobility tasks.
