Business Development & Sales Manager

We’re looking for an ambitious leader to build out and define our sales process. We have big goals for the growth of our business and need someone with the dedication and passion to help drive us forward. Someone in this role will work alongside Upper Leadership in an independent capacity to maximize our missed opportunities, inside sales, outside sales, and more.

The RV Shop is located within an 80,000sqft facility to house all types and sizes of RVs while offering a growing mobile service to dominate the Northeast. Key Functions

  • Create, implement, and sustain a company-wide sales process; get everyone in the company involved for the successful growth of work-in-progress and work backlog.
  • Work alongside Upper Leadership to determine business strategy and direction.
  • Create a sales funnel and process for qualified and prospective leads.
  • Own the call center; create a “win the call” strategy to ensure appointments are booked with high ticket averages.
  • Develop an outbound cold and warm call strategy to bring customers back in for routine service or upgrades.
  • Develop outside client and business relationships from a B2B perspective; travel to other businesses to engage with decision makers and learn about their business.
  • Support in building strong vendor relationships.
  • Maintain customer records for future opportunities.
  • Develop processes to help onboard and train future business development representatives.
