Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information regarding the company's performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives to shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders.

• Managing company participation in investor conferences, roadshows, and other events.

• Organizing and spearheading conference calls and investor meetings.

• Evaluating and refining investor relations messaging to improve transparency and understanding of the company's value proposition.

• Responding effectively to inquiries and concerns of investors.

• Tracking analyst coverage and summarizing market reports.

• Collaborating closely with the executive team and board of directors to deliver clear and consistent communication about the company’s progress and prospects.


Required Skills:

• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of financial markets and investment principles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong relationship building skills with the confidence to interact with institutional investors and analysts.

• Ability to take complex financial information and present it in a clear, concise, and understandable manner.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform competitor and industry analysis.

• Solid understanding of laws and regulations relating to investor relations.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.


Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. A Masters or MBA is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related role, preferably in publicly traded companies.

• CFA or NIRI certification would be an added advantage.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful investor relations strategies.

• Demonstrated knowledge of SEC laws and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
