Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.

Respond to customer requests directly, including pre- and post-sales.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.

Analyze customer needs and propose customized solutions, highlighting the features and benefits of our vaping products. Work closely with sales team on selling strategies based on identified needs from the customer.

Develop and deliver high-quality technical proposals and product documentation.

Provide technical guidance and support to assist customers in evaluating and integrating our vaping products.

Product and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of competitor products to identify their strengths and weaknesses.

Summarize general product selling points and develop selling strategies based on competitor analysis.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements within the vaping industry.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of vaping solutions.

Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts and achieve company goals.

Travel to customer sites as required for on-site trouble shooting, presentations and meetings.

Others:

Because our work is extensive, it will involve other tasks assigned by the leader.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in one or more of 3D Drawings (SolidWorks, CAD, etc.), Fluid Dynamics Simulation, System on Chip (SoC), Microcontroller Unit (MCU), CMF.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in competitive product analysis and market research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to vaporizers.
  • Fluent mandarin.
