* Experience with security/sensitivity around banking information supplied by the vendor and validating that information
* Accuracy when entering pertinent information into an ERP system
* Advanced Excel skills
* Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
* Professional email etiquette, ability to manage shared inbox, detail oriented, and respond to all vendor inquires.
* Displays initiative and self-accountable for providing top notch service.
* Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when prioritization is key and teamwork a must.
* Strong analytical/problem solving and able to meet deadlines.
* Oracle, Dynamics and JSM a plus.
