Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Excell. This is a 3-month contract opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows, Citrix, Outlook, and common desktop software. They will be responsible for providing business user/desktop/laptop support, providing help line support, taking phone calls from client users, and resolving desktop hardware and software issues.

The Service Desk Support Specialist will also perform desktop setup/removals, walk to client user's desks for resolving issues, and maintain a neat and clean room with hardware inventory. Additionally, they will perform desktop moves when users move to different locations and coordinate with vendors/OEMs.

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required. We offer a comprehensive benefit package, including health insurance, 401k, basic life/AD&D, and paid time off.
