About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our Student Success team. This role will provide administrative support to our student activities and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to student activities and events, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of student events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and staff to promote student success and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
